Abstract
The Bainaimiao copper deposit is a large copper mine with molybdenum, gold, sulfur and other elements, belonging to marine volcanic deposititon (metamorphic)-hydrothermal superposition (enrichment) complex genetic deposit at the metallic metallogenic belt in the northern margin of North China Plate. In this deposit, the deep granodiorite porphyry and its periphery have great prospecting potential. This paper is focused on the periphery of the Bainaimiao copper deposit. According to the regional metallogenic geological conditions and geochemical anomalies, the prospecting direction of this area is to find the fluorite copper polymetallic deposits. Through the area measurement of physical and chemical exploration, the data of soil survey, magnetic measurement and induced electric medium gradient method has been analyzed, and then the metallogenic potential of each anomaly has been compreshensively evaluated. The results point out the direction for the next step of the prospecting work.
