Mineralogical Study of Crystalline Flake Graphite Ore of Huangling Faulted Dome-shaped Core

The authors studied the Mineralogical characteristics of crystalline flack graphites in Huangling faulted dome-shaped core and analyzed the relationship between graphites generations and diameters of graphites, indicating the target areas for prospecting larger crystalline flake graphite deposits. The graphites in this area have perfect ordering and crystallization, and generated in middle and high ranking metamorphism. The graphites have three mineral generations of greenschist, amphibolite and granulite facics. The diameters increase along with metamorphic grades.The target areas for prospecting large crystalline flake graphite deposits are where amphibolite and granulite facies of the carbonaceous original rocks exist.
