Taking the soil in the paddy field area of Fengyan, Xuanwo Town, Hanyin County, Ankang City as the research object, Samples of 0-20cm surface soil, rice seed and root soil were collected to test and analyze the content of selenium and heavy metal elements in the soil, rice seed and the content of selenium in root soil Form, study the characteristics of soil selenium content and influencing factors, and draw the following conclusions:(1) The selenium content in the soil is between 0.11~0.4mg/kg. The selenium form is mainly in the residue state, the humic acid combined state, and the strong organic combined state. The selenium content of 93.4% of the soil is at an appropriate level; the selenium content in the rice seeds is between Between 0.01 and 0.11 mg/kg, 62% of the rice reaches the selenium-enriched standard. (2) Differences in soil parent materials, soil types, and planting systems will cause differences in the selenium content in the soil.
