  • Taking some examples from Shaanxi,Inner Mongolia,Hebei and Shanxi provinces,the author describes the situation,bad trend and harmfulness of lacking fresh water resources in the world nowdays;puts forward the high efficent agriculture,water saving agriculture and planting more trees and grass(specially trees),so as to improve rgional ecologic environment and to form a good circulation of water resources;and sets out some practicable maeasures and programs as well.
