Disintegration of Seertengshan Group and characteristics of the protolith

    • According to results of survey and research, authors have fond that there is not succession of strate in the named as "Seertengshan Group". It consists mainly of sheet-disorder metamorphism rock belts and deformed metamorphism intrusive rock provinces. The contact of primary with contacted geologic bodies has not been discovered. Thus, authors provide that "Seertengshan group" has not feature of stratigraphic succession. So we consider correcting "Seertengshan" as Seertengsha Group-complex. Authors provide the Seerteng sha Group-complex to belong to Upper Archean on the basis of geologic characteristics and isotopic age.
