    Metallogenic characteristics of sandston-type copper deposit of Tianlu, North Qilian mountains

    • The Tianlu sandstone copper deposits located in the Silurian perio dstratum that belong to the northern part of north Qilan orogenic belt.The ore bed is hosted in the basal gray green layer of Hanxia Group or the graygreen interbed in the purplish layer.The mainly orebody is typic arrangement assemblage feature of sulphide of sediment orogenic copper ore because primary mineral has obviously zonation.The deposits is formed by deposit mineralizing precessing in Late Silurian Epoch,The ore-forming environment is relict seabasin.The industrial orebody is formed in conversion processing from tidal flat environment to lagoon environment.The reform mineralizing process is faint and yield a few diorite-porphyry copper ore in later period.
