  • The major ore mineral in the Shijuli copper deposit is chalcopyrite,copperas stone and so on.The content of copper in the deposit is about 4%~20%.Because of the complicated incrustation of chalco-pyrites and copperas stone,the outcome of traditional floatation of copper mineral which only contain a stage of mineral milling less than 0.074 mm take about 70% (the raw material is the fourth yellow drug,calcareo usness and the No.2 oil) is unideal,And the content of copper in the powder out from the progress is only 15.03%,it waste much copper mineral.By the research of mineralogy of the copper mineral in this area and many experiments,the researchers discovered that use DY-1 to capture the copper,and int roduced two stages of mineral milling.In the first stage,they grinded the copper mineral cursorily to make 70% of the mineral powder to 0.074mm.In the second stage,they continue to grind the milled mineral powder of the first stage to make 95% of them to 0.043mm.After that they go on to pick out the copper aboratively.As a result,they can get essential copper which its contentr each to about 20.73% (copper),and the recycle rate of the copper is 86.97%.And the essential sulfur content from which is reach to about 45.19% (sulfur),the recycle rate of the sulfur is 74.11%.The result of the experiment can apply to the mill-run progress in other diggings.
