Paratacamite of Kanggu’ertage gold deposit in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China

The paratacamite has been discovered in Xinjiang Kanggu'ertage gold mine.It is the first time in China.Analysis method of X-ray diffraction was used conform the new discovery.The formation condition of parat acamite has analysed by using the dispatch thermal analysis.Crystal formula of paratacamite has been calculated by means of chemical analyses.The disco very of the paratacamite enriches the contents of mineralogy of oxidation zone.The paratacamite,as the charact eristic mineral,can be used to find multi-metallic sulfide Cu-Pb-Znore deposits and gold-copper deposit.
