Geochemical Characteristics of Radiolarian Cherts in the Region of Eastern Junggar Kelameili

Geochemically,radiolarian cherts samples from Nanm in shui Formation in middle section of Kelamaili show two distinct types of geochemist ries.One type of samples features midocean-deep sea sedimental element association:the values of Al₂O₃/(Al₂O₃+Fe₂O₃)from 0.11 to 0.19(<0.4),low ΣREE(6.34×10^-6～26.37×10^-6),low LaN/YbN(0.02～0.16),and the values of Ce/Ce^* from 0.002 to 0.08,LaN CeNfrom 1.29 to 1.97.
