Abstract

Xitieshan lead-zinc deposit is the biggest nonferrous metal mine at present.It is a submarine hydrothermal sedimentary-exhalative sedimentary deposit with the wall rock is sedimentary rock.Marble and carbon schist can be regarded as prospecting criteria,but not genetic type.There are several venting-flowing cycles,so the lead-zinc deposit also has cycles.And we should pay more attention to the cycle layers in geological prospecting in the future,because the close of the cycle was the close of metallization.Considering from the drill core and data,there are seven exhalation cycles or more,which means multi-mineralization.The prospecting type is SEDEX lead-zinc deposit.
