  • Since the beginning of regional geochemical survey carried out in China, national geological laboratories have paid considerable attention to the quality control for sample analysis. Except for internal and external quality control in accordance with the criteria, a number of other measures were respectively taken to improve sample analysis quality. By perfecting the regulation method, technical level and quality of sample analysis have been greatly improved. High-quality analysis data has led to better element mapping results. Considering the characteristic of regional geochemistry sample determination of Halaqi, Xingjiang and the different detection limits of instruments in the laboratory, this article selected the matching plan of regional geochemistry sample element analysis methods. The quality monitoring process of test data is summarized. Some understandings and suggestions were raised about quality control objective and approach, which provides a simple and efficient, scientific and reasonable quality evaluation method for geochemical analysis of samples.
