  • There is a large amount of non-standard data in geological data, this kind of data is mainly stored by MapGIS data format. In this paper, we focus on the difficulty of the centralization of management of these data, and the current situation of low level of overall exploit. Moreover we establish the data storage mode based on the form of multiple catalogs Metadata server, and propose a stretch migration mechanism to accomplish the reconstruction of data.It employs the dynamic data driven to produce the framework algorithm to attract the metadata infrastructure. At the same time, we accomplish the safe mechanism of data access and user authorization, etc. This method uses the MDS (Metadata Server) to accomplish the management, search and accessing of the data. This makes the geological data that scattered over the MDS can settle in the data warehouse by itself to achieve the centralization of management and strengthen the reusability of the data.
