    山东三山岛北部海域金矿黄铁矿成分标型特征及地质意义

    Characteristics of Geochemical Compositions and Implications of Pyrite in the Undersea Gold Deposit off Northern Sanshandao, Shandong Province, China

    • 摘要: 胶东三山岛北部海域金矿是近年来新发现的超大型金矿,位于三山岛–仓上断裂带北端。前人对该矿床浅部开展了大量研究工作,但对深部成矿规律和资源潜力的研究相对薄弱。笔者旨在通过对矿床深部(–1 253~–1 455 m标高)载金矿物黄铁矿开展系统的矿物学研究,揭示其标型特征,探讨矿床成因,评价深部找矿潜力,为区域深部找矿预测提供科学依据。基于成因矿物学理论,在对矿区典型钻孔岩心进行详细编录的基础上,系统采集不同成矿阶段的黄铁矿样品。利用显微镜观察黄铁矿的形态、粒度、自形程度等特征,并运用电子探针技术对各阶段黄铁矿进行原位微量元素成分分析,重点测定Fe、S、As、Co、Ni、Au等元素的含量,并计算Co/Ni值、Fe/(S+As)值等标型参数。研究表明,该矿床黄铁矿可划分为3个成矿阶段:黄铁绢英岩化阶段(Py1)、石英–黄铁矿–毒砂阶段(Py2)和石英–多金属硫化物阶段(Py3),其中Py2、Py3阶段黄铁矿粒度小、自形程度差,含金性较好。黄铁矿Co/Ni值为1~4,平均值为3,且富As和Co,指示该矿床为岩浆热液成因。Fe/(S+As)值和微量元素垂向分带特征表明,该矿床深部仍具有较好的找矿潜力。

       

      Abstract: The undersea gold deposit off northern Sanshandao is a newly discovered super-large gold deposit in the northern Jiaodong Peninsula, located at the northern end of the Sanshandao- Cangshang Fault Zone. A large amount of research work has been carried out on the shallow part of this deposit, but the research on the deep mineralization laws and resource potential is relatively weak. The systematic mineralogical study on pyrite of the deep part of this deposit (at an elevation of –1253 to –1455m) is conducted in this paper, to reveal its characteristics of geochemical compositions, explore the genesis of the deposit, evaluate the potential for deep mineral exploration, and provide a scientific basis for regional deep mineral exploration prediction. Based on the theories of genetic mineralogy, this paper conducts an in-depth study on the morphology and compositional characteristics of pyrites from three metallogenic stagesfrom drill coresin this deposit. We obeserved the morphological, particle size, and self-shaping degree characteristics of pyrite and analyzed in-situ trace element composition of pyrites at each stage, using electron probe technology, with a focus on determining the contents of elements such As Fe, S, As, Co, Ni, and Au, and calculating standard parameters such as Co/Ni value and Fe/(S+As) value. The results indicate that the pyrites in this deposit can be divided into three mineralization stages: pyrite sericilization stage (Py1), quartz-pyrite-arsenopyrite stage (Py2), and quartz-polymetallic sulfide stage (Py3). Among them, the pyrites of stage Py2 and Py3 have smaller particle size and poorer hedral degree which have better gold content. he Co/Ni ratio of pyrites in this deposit ranges from 1 to 4, with an average of 3. The pyrites are rich in As and Co, which further indicate that this deposit is of magmatic hydrothermal origin. Collectively, Fe/(S+As) ratios of pyrites, alongside the vertical zonation characteristics of trace element, indicate high prospectivity at depth in the undersea gold deposit off northern Sanshandao.
