Abstract:
The Shiqidaogou gold deposit is located 30 kilometers west of Changbai County, Linjiang City, Jilin Province, and it is separated with the Huishan copper mine that is the largest copper mine in Asia. It is great significance to study the genesis, metallogenic regularity and prospecting criteria of this gold deposit. By carrying out the surface trench exploration and IP geophysical exploration in the anomaly area of Au, Ag, Cu, Pb, Sb and Bi, the deep high polarization anomalies suggest that this area is a sulphide aggregate with rich metal minerals. With the characteristics of zircon dating(128+2)Ma, (129+2)Ma, rock geochemistry of wall rock (calc-alkaline eruptive rock and hypabyssal intrusive rock), it is considered that this gold deposit is related to the subduction of the late Jurassic Pacific plate.
