Abstract: By studies in the field or under microscope,the gold minerals are found to be composed of gold,silver and silver-bearing gold in the Dingjialin and Taiyang ping gold fields,The Dingjialin gold field are predominated by the inclusion-gold; whereas the Taiyangping gold field are predominated by the fracture-gold.Grain amount and area statistic show that medium or fine-grained gold are predominent in these two gold field.Coarse-grained gold,giant-grained gold and block gold are the commonvisible in ores.the carrier minerals are mainly pyrite,quartz and few galena,chalcopyrite and sphalerite.The mineral ization and enrichment of gold are characterized by the rich-pyrite and poorother po ymet allic sulfide.They have so me different characters on the certain sameness both occurrences of gold in two fields.
