Abstract: At the requirement for a new turn of potential evaluation of national mineral resources in China, firstly,the ore-forming factor maps,prediction factor maps,metallogenic pattern maps,and forecasting model maps of some typical deposits are selectedas the mine forecast types.Then based on the predicting work scope,the regional geological formation structure mineral maps,regional metallogenic factor maps, regional forecast factor maps and regional metallogenic pattern maps,and forecasting model maps are compiled in turn.In addition,the thinking of drawing the relative maps is discussed and the method of distinctly expressing the metallogenic elements and forecast elements proposed.
