Discover and Significance of the Iron-polymetallic Deposits in Haxiyatu Areas of Golmud city in Qinghai

  • 摘要: 通过钻探工程验证高精度磁测异常,2010年青海省核工业地质局发现了格尔木市哈西亚图地区矽卡岩型铁多金属矿,初步估算铁资源量规模已达中型。赋矿地层为古元古界金水口岩群下岩组,华力西期灰色石英闪长岩与成矿密切相关。这一突破性发现对环柴达木盆地古元古界金水口岩群分布区的铁多金属矿找矿具有重要指导意义。
    Abstract: Through drilling for High-precision magnetic anomalies,Qinghai Nuclear Industry Geological Bureau found skarn iron polymetallic deposits in the Haxiyatu areas of Golmud City of Qinghai Province in 2010.And initial estimate of the amount of iron suggested that resources of deposit has reached medium-sized.Ore occurs in Paleoproterozoic Jinshuikou group and Variscan gray quartz diorite are closely related with the mineralization.This breakthrough discovery have important significance which guiding significance for multi-metal iron ore prospecting in Paleoproterozoic Jinshuikou group in the surrounding areas of Qaidam Basin.
