Abstract:
Lying in the Mianxian-Lueyang suture zone, Jianchaling nickel ore-forming belt locates inside the Jinjiahe-Tiantaishan Mn-P-Ni prospecting area in a subzone of Mn-P-Cr-Ni-Au mineralization of Mianxian-Lueyang Hercynian-Indosinian ophiolite rock; the origin of the deposit belongs to magmatic liquation-hydrothermal alteration. The main rock is the Proterozoic metamorphic ultrabasic rock, and early nickel-bearing ultrabasic main rock which was later transformed by acidic rocks is the basic metallogenic place. On the whole, the deposit is a large low-grade nickel sulfide ore deposit, associated with low-grade cobalt. By analyzing the ore geotectonic location, the rock body characteristics and the ore body characteristics, the ore control factors and ore-prospecting indicators are concluded. It is believed that the mineralization is controlled by the magnesium ultrabasic rock and the structural fracture zone, and the intermediate-acidic intrusive rock provided the reforming thermal dynamic power for the magnesium ultrabasic rock.
