Mineralization Characteristics and Prospecting Potential of the Lead-zinc Minerals in Tianshuihai Region of West Kunlun

摘要: 西昆仑岔路口-甜水海地区是新疆规模最大的铅锌富集区之一,成矿条件优越.近年来,随着地质勘探工作的不断进行,相继发现了甜水海、多宝山、天柱山、宝塔山、火烧云和天神等铅锌矿床(点),成矿潜力巨大.笔者分析了甜水海地区区域地质背景、区域地球物理、区域地球化学特征,并结合区内新发现矿床的成矿条件、矿床地质特征、控矿因素及找矿标志,探讨甜水海地区铅锌矿的找矿潜力.Abstract: Tianshuihai-Chalukou region of West Kunlun is the largest area of Pb-Zn enrichment in Xinjiang. In recent years, with the progress of geological exploration work, Pb-Zn deposits have been found one after another in areas with huge metallogenic potential including Tianshuihai, DuoBaoshan, Tianzhushan, Baotashan, Huoshaoyun, Tianshen etc.. The authors analyzed the regional geological background, regional geophysical and geochemical characteristics of Tianshuihai area. Considering metallogenic conditions, geological characteristics, ore controlling factors and prospecting marks of the newly found ore deposit, this paper explored the prospecting potential of lead-zinc ore in Tianshuihai region.
