The Geological Hazard Investigation System Based on Domestic Satellite:Demonstration and Application in the Loess Landslide Area

  • 摘要: 中国地质灾害种类多、分布广、危害大,是世界上地质灾害最严重的国家之一。若单纯依靠地面调查,周期长、费用高,且难以完整覆盖。近年中国航天技术和遥感技术的飞速发展为地质灾害的调查和研究提供了崭新的手段。利用高分辨率的国产遥感数据进行灾体和承灾体解译,不仅易于识别、覆盖全面,明显的提高成果质量,而且还能缩短时间,节省资金,极大地提高工作效率,起到事半功倍的作用。笔者利用中国地质环境监测院开发的“基于国产卫星的地质灾害调查监测系统”,选择陕西宝鸡黄土区为实验区,在“地质灾害遥感调查系统”平台上开展国产遥感数据处理、地质灾害体信息解译和灾害体易发评价等工作。结果表明“基于国产卫星的地质灾害调查系统”有效实现了海量遥感影像数据的处理、成果的管理和输入输出,而开发的自动信息提取及模型化的危险性评估在取得良好结果的同时大大节省了人力物力成本,这为该系统今后的应用和推广奠定了基础。
    Abstract: China has various types of geological hazards with wide distribution and great damage, which is one of the countries have most geological disasters in the world.If only using the method of ground survey, it will spend a long time and high cost, but it will be difficult to get a full coverage.With the rapid development of China's space technology and remote sensing technology in recent years, some new means for the investigation and research of the geological disasters have been provided.After analyzing and using the data of the high-resolution domestic remote sensing, the explanation of the disaster and the disaster-bearing body can be easy to identify, with a comprehensive coverage, significantly improving the quality.Meanwhile, it can shorten the working time and save the cost, which greatly improve the work efficiency."The geological hazard investigation system based on domestic satellite", developed by China geological environmental monitoring institute, has been used in this paper, and the Baoji loess area in Shaanxi Province has been selected as the experimental area.The domestic remote sensing data has been processed, the geological disaster information has been interpreted, and the disaster prone has been evaluated through using the platform of "geological disaster remote sensing survey system".Results show that, the massive remote sensing image data can be effectively processed by "The geological hazard investigation system based on domestic satellite", the production management and input/output can be easily implemented.The automatic information extraction and modeling of risk assessment not only can obtain good results, but also greatly save the labor and material cost, which lays a foundation for the system's application and popularization in the future.
