Regional Metallogenic Regularity of Copper Polymetallic Deposits in Kala-Tage Area, Hami, Xinjiang

  • 摘要: 卡拉塔格地处吐哈盆地南缘的大南湖-头苏泉晚古生代岛弧带,区内发现卡拉萨、红石、梅岭、红山、红海、沙尔湖-沙西东等多处铜金锌多金属矿床(点),矿床类型可分为VMS块状硫化物型、浅成低温热液型、斑岩型3类。成矿时代主要集中在石炭世、泥盆世。容矿空间上,VMS块状硫化物型铜金矿床、浅成低温热液型矿床集中分布在区域内西部下泥盆统卡拉塔格组火山碎屑岩地层中,斑岩型铜矿床主要分布在区域内北西部石英闪长玢岩和花岗闪长斑岩中。成矿大地构造背景均属准噶尔板块最南缘的大南湖晚古生代岛弧带,该区找矿潜力较大。
    Abstract: The Kala-tage area is located at the Dananhu-tousuquan island arc in the southern margin of Turpan-Harmi basin.Many Cu-Pb-Zn polymetallic deposits (occurrences), such as Kalasa, Hongshi, Meiling, Hongshan, Honghai, Shaerhu-shaxidong, have been found in this area, with the types of massive sulfide deposit (VMS), epithermal deposit and porphyry deposit.These deposits were mainly formed in Devonian and Carboniferous.Spatially, the massive sulfide Cu-Au deposits and epithermal deposits were occurred within volcaniclastic rocks of Lower Devonian Kala-tage Formation in the western part of this area, while the porphyry deposits were developed within quartz diorite porphyrite and granodiorite porphyry in the northwestern part of this area.These deposits were formed in Dananhu Late Paleozoic island-arc belt, which serves as the southernmost part of Zhungaer plate.And this area has great potential for further prospecting.
