Abstract: The author revealed the structural form of basement and the location of the fault zone of the Tertiary fault basin in Lanzhou by means of regional gravitation exploration;Predicted the abnormal geot hermal distribution area using hydrogeochemical geot hermal thermometric scale of SiO₂ and predirect temperature test in wells.The author points out the position of geot hermal reservoir through the analysis of the logging material from a deep boreholel ocated in the yard of the factory of petroleum and chemical engineering in Lanzhou.The foreground of geot hermal resources and the advantag eousregion for exploration were provided.
